Central Health Medical Group is seeking a board-certified family or internal medicine physician to provide direct patient care and oversight in both a clinic and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will assess and diagnose patients, establish a plan of treatment, schedule tests and labs, coordinate with other Providers and provide follow up patient care.
The role will start as a 1099, however, is expected to convert to a W-2 with the expansion of the practice.
To qualify for this role, you will have:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical university
- Board Certification (family or internal medicine)
- Active and unencumbered license to practice in Kentucky
- Active and unencumbered DEA license to prescribe in Kentucky
- Active BLS Certification
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills, bedside manner.
