Key Duties
- Strategic Leadership (70% Administration): Provide clinical and administrative vision to ensure patient-centered care. Oversee provider performance, quality assurance, and patient satisfaction metrics across three outpatient clinics.
- Operational Oversight: Direct clinic operations in alignment with organizational goals, developing essential policies, workflows, and clinical practice guidelines.
- Team Development: Lead provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts. Serve as a mentor and site director for medical student rotations, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
- Financial Stewardship: Contribute to the development and management of the annual budget, promoting operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
- Innovation & IT: Collaborate on EHR optimization and health IT initiatives to enhance care coordination, provider satisfaction, and data accuracy.
- Direct Clinical Care (30% Clinical): Provide compassionate patient care in a team-based setting, including telemedicine, post-discharge, and walk-in services.
- Executive Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between clinical teams and senior leadership, promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree.
- Certification: Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience (Medical Director or equivalent) overseeing 15+ providers.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in quality improvement, performance metrics, and operational leadership.
