Medical Director

Adecco Healthcare is partnering with a respected nonprofit reproductive healthcare organization to identify an experienced Medical Director to lead its clinical team and help shape the future of patient-centered reproductive healthcare.

Location: Cleveland, OH

Compensation: $135,000 (2 days/week) – $215,000 (4 days/week)

This unique opportunity combines executive-level medical leadership with direct patient care, allowing you to influence clinical strategy, mentor providers, oversee quality and compliance, and continue practicing medicine in a mission-driven environment.

As part of its comprehensive reproductive and sexual healthcare services, the organization provides abortion care , including both medication and procedural abortions. Candidates should be comfortable practicing within this scope of care.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality reproductive healthcare, including medication and procedural abortion services.
• Lead and mentor physicians, advanced practice providers, and residents.
• Serve as the organization's Medical Director and Laboratory Director.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Oversee quality improvement, patient safety, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop new clinical programs and support strategic growth.
• Guide physician credentialing, privileging, and ongoing clinical education.
• Collaborate on research initiatives and represent the organization within the broader reproductive healthcare community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with eligibility for Ohio medical licensure.
• Board Certified in OB/GYN or Family Medicine .
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing abortion care .
• Minimum 2 years of physician leadership or supervisory experience .
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based reproductive healthcare.
