The role of Medical Director here is hands-on: you’ll be actively involved in clinical work while also setting the tone for patient care, mentoring doctors at varying levels of experience, and fostering a collaborative culture. You’ll lead from the front, supporting recent graduates through structured mentorship programs while also helping experienced veterinarians advance.
The hospital is fully equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, anesthesia monitoring, and a modern surgical suite. A strong support structure is in place, with 1–2 dedicated room nurses assigned to each doctor, ensuring you can focus on both medicine and leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate (3–5 years+) looking to transition into leadership, or for an existing Medical Director seeking a new challenge in a progressive, privately owned setting. You can enjoy a flexible work schedule of just 4 days per week, with flexibility on the days required.
