Medical Director / Attending Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities in Cincinnati and Fremont, Ohio. This part‑time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well‑being of post‑acute and long‑term care patients.

As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Georgia, Kansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin.

Position Highlights

• Part‑time schedule serving local skilled nursing facilities
• Physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week
• No fixed daily start or end times
• No call responsibilities
• No overnight shifts
• 18–25 visits per day

Requirements

• Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
