Responsibilities

• Oversee a 39-bed acute rehabilitation unit
• Provide medical direction for patients requiring physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies
• Collaborate closely with the Program Director and interdisciplinary clinical team
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, CMS regulations, and Joint Commission standards

Shift & Schedule

• Minimum of 20 hours per week of Medical Director services
• Flexibility in scheduling
