Medical Device Sales Representative San Diego/ Orange County $100,00- $140,000

As a Surgical Sales Representative at Surgical Principals, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with surgeons and clinical operating room managers. Your responsibilities will include making consultative sales presentations, proposing solutions tailored to the needs of surgeons and OR managers, conducting clinical trials with our products, and implementing products into the operating room environment.

Products

Our product line encompasses disposable surgical devices, reusable devices, and capital equipment, all focusing on minimally invasive procedures in the operating room. Our products are well received in the marketplace with many accounts using several of the products within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• High energy level and adaptability to learn new concepts quickly
• Ability to conduct consultative sales through formal sales training

Preferred, but not required

• Experience in Laparoscopic, General, or Gynecologic Surgical Device Sales

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (1-5 hours) during surgeries
• Capability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.

Driving Requirements

As part of the job responsibilities, employees are required to drive and must adhere to our company's automobile policy. Background checks from the Department of Motor Vehicles will be conducted as part of the application process and periodically thereafter.

Benefits

This is a W-2 position offering competitive benefits, including:

• Base salary DOE: $85,000 -$60,000
• Commissions and performance incentives, with a total compensation range of $140,000-$110,000
• 401K program with matching contribution
