To support a growing team, the full-time remote Medical Credentialing Specialist will manage the provider onboarding process, oversee facility privileging applications, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while working day shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end provider onboarding process for newly hired physicians Coordinate facility privileging applications and initial appointments for assigned providers Ensure credentialing files remain audit-ready and compliant with applicable accreditation standards and organizational policies Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of physician medical credentialing, licensing, privileging, or provider enrollment experience Experience managing multiple provider onboarding projects simultaneously Familiarity with federal/state regulatory and accrediting agencies Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications and various computer systems
