¡Se Habla Español! We're hiring a fluent Bilingual Spanish/English Clinical Coordinator with scheduling or coordination experience in healthcare, hospitals, home health, or home care . 22–$25/hour | Weekly Pay On-Site: 148 39th St., Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Positively communicates with patients/clients and family, encouraging them to ask questions and helping them explore ideas and ways to improve their Help at Home experience creating Great Starts, Meaning Moments, and Great Days! Identifies opportunities to improve services to patients/clients, new and existing, using positive customer service techniques. Reports situations involving complaints, incidents, or risk and injuries to employees immediately to the Clinical Manager. Communicates regularly with direct care employees, noting good work performance, identifying problems, and communicating issues to the Clinical Manager. Develops strong working relationships with patient/clients, field staff, internal ancillary office staff, case managers, and referral sources. Monitoring completion of visits and completed documentation and notifying Clinical Manager regarding any untoward trends identified.

Excellent verbal communication skills, primarily on the telephone Better than average ability to use standard Microsoft Office software and scheduling software Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in the health field or medical office environment.
