Medical Communications Project Manager

Managing all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion, the full-time Project Manager will oversee content development, advisory boards, and speaker training while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of individual projects Facilitate progress of multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time and within-budget performance Required qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment Ability to grasp and retain scientific information and a strong technical aptitude Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
