Medical Coding Manager

Oversee and coordinate inpatient coding operations within the Coding Service Center. Ensure efficient personnel management, workflow optimization, and high-quality standards. Promote standardization of coding practices across the organization. Responsibilities: Monitor Discharged Not Billed (DNB) reports and timely filing to support financial health. Act as the primary point of contact for coding and billing problem resolution. Partner with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) to enhance physician documentation. Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of coding experience in acute care. Two to three years of supervisory experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Comprehensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10 PCS, and 3M Encoder.
