To support a cutting-edge GenAI team, the full-time temporary Knowledge Expert Coder with MD or DO will guide research teams, evaluate annotation quality, and directly annotate data, all while working remotely within local hours. Key responsibilities Guide research teams to improve AI model performance by closing knowledge gaps in the medical field Evaluate and grade the quality of annotations for Supervised Fine Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback Directly annotate data and provide feedback to optimize annotation quality when necessary Required qualifications MD or DO degree required Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the medical field Experience with Claude code/AI tools, demonstrating intermediate to advanced coding skills in languages such as Python Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and evaluate annotation quality Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
