Medical Coder with MD or DO

To support a cutting-edge GenAI team, the full-time temporary Medical Coder with MD or DO will guide research teams, evaluate annotation quality, and directly annotate data while working remotely. Key responsibilities Guide research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure consistency in training data Evaluate and grade annotation quality for Supervised Fine Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback Directly annotate data for key tasks, including writing SFT responses and judging output quality Required qualifications MD or DO degree required Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the medical field Experience with Claude code/AI tools and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, or C++ Demonstrated deep understanding and expertise in the medical field Strong analytical skills to identify trends and evaluate annotation quality
