Job Details

• Position: Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
• Specialty Department: ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) and Gastroenterology
• Location: Murfreesboro, TN (On-site)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard 8-hour day shift
• Pay Rate: $21.33 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes based on provider and physician documentation.
• Ensure medical record documentation and billed charges meet compliance guidelines.
• Work accounts receivable (A/R) queues to resolve billing errors and claim denials.
• Provide coding feedback and training to physicians and clinical staff.
