Houston Methodist seeks a Point of Entry Nurse to serve as the first clinical contact for patients entering our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role performs comprehensive triage, assessment, and care coordination to ensure safe, timely, patient-centered access to services. The nurse collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supports patient flow, and upholds high standards of safety, quality, and documentation.
