We are partnering with a growing and highly respected case management organization seeking multiple Field Case Manager RN in the Oceanside/San Diego areas due to growth. This hybrid position combines clinical expertise, patient advocacy, and care coordination while providing a clear path for professional development and strong earning potential.

- Base salary of $95,000-$100,000+

Who Should Apply?
Workers' compensation experience is not required. In fact, the organization often prefers clinicians without prior workers' compensation experience and provides extensive training in its processes and best practices.

- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
- Home Health
- Hospice
- Occupational Health
- Employee Health

Requirements
- Active California RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel (typically within a 30-mile radius)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
In this role, you'll work directly with injured workers, providers, employers, and insurance teams to coordinate care, support recovery, and help individuals safely return to work. The majority of travel will be within the Oceanside area, with occasional visits throughout the greater San Diego region.
