Medical Billing Manager

To lead billing operations and revenue cycle management for multiple clients, the contracted Medical Billing Manager will oversee billing processes, mentor a team of remote contractors, and ensure compliance and accuracy in a flexible, remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients Close monthly billing cycles and prepare timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency Required qualifications 3-5 years' experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or related leadership role Proven ability to improve processes and resolve claims issues effectively Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams Experience in behavioral health billing and multi-state billing is a plus
