Managing complex accounts receivable for Workers' Compensation, Auto/Personal Injury, and Legal claims, the full-time Medical Billing AR Collector will handle the full billing and collections process, working remotely during Eastern Time business hours. Key responsibilities Manage outstanding accounts receivable for Workers' Compensation, Auto/Personal Injury, and Legal claims Handle the complete billing and collections process, including claim submission, follow-up, denials, appeals, and payment resolution Communicate with TPAs, employers, insurance carriers, claims adjusters, and attorneys regarding claim status and billing issues Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in medical billing and accounts receivable collections Direct hands-on experience with Workers' Compensation, Auto/Personal Injury, and Legal/Attorney billing and collections Experience using Workers' Compensation portals and electronic payer systems Strong knowledge of claims, EOBs/ERAs, denials, appeals, and payer-specific billing requirements
