In this position you are responsible for the completion of special projects as assigned by the Billing Center manager (BCM) or supervisor (BCS), working directly with them to ensure all projects are handled effectively and efficiently.External candidates are eligible for a $1000 gross sign on bonus to be paid after 60 days and another $1000 after 180 days of continuous employment.Pay starting at $15Mon - Fri scheduled shift / flex hours between 7am - 5pmWork From Home after successful completion of IN OFFICE TRAINING and are meeting expectations with management approvalEssential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAll manual re-billing audits are reviewed for accuracy and turned into supervisor for approval before posting, insures release of claimContacts payer, patient or location as appropriateDocuments all work done in iWorkQ via notes and patient notes in eIntakeEnsures good communication with locations and payersProcesses all adjustments within iWorkQProcesses doctor and insurance changes in eIntakeReports to BCC Supervisor any payer trends preventing paymentResolves emails from BCC Supervisor/BCM within 48 hoursReviews patient information in IMBS and eIntake to determine why the claim is unpaidReviews patient information in IMBS to determine if an adjustment is validSpecial Projects as assigned by the BCD with specific instructions as to how to complete and when to complete byWorks with BCC Supervisor and Team Lead on resolution of payer and patient issuesPerforms other duties as assignedEmployment is contingent onBackground check (company-wide).
