Analyzing and aggregating data from multiple sources, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Analyst will develop comprehensive statistical reports, ensure revenue data integrity, and provide education to staff for data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities Analyze and aggregate data to create statistical reports and revenue-focused information Define management report scope and format, ensuring data integrity through regular reconciliation Identify data trends and make actionable recommendations for quality improvement in revenue cycle processes Required qualifications High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience 2+ years of healthcare billing experience 2+ years of data analysis, insurance experience, or billing KPI reporting Experience with claim account reviews, transplant, and NICU billing preferred Medical Billing or Coding license preferred
