Charlottesville Dermatology is seeking an individual to fill our Medical Billing/Collections Specialist position as soon as possible.
Primary Responsibilities
- Building of claims
- Sending statements
- Working collections
- Posting payments
- Answering multiline phone calls as well as responding to patients with billing questions
- Maintain a HIPAA-compliant work area and adhere to HIPAA requirements in all activities
Qualifications
- Warm, outgoing, positive, and professional attitude
- EMR, ICD10 coding, and medical terminology helpful but not required
- Customer service experience required
