Salary: Competitive, based on experience $23.00 - $25.00

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, Professional Attitude, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record patient history and personal information
- Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures
- Set up room for procedures.
- Manage patient appointments and follow-up schedules
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, make sure all information is updated before patient is seen.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Provide patient education and support as needed
- Handle administrative tasks including answering phones and managing patient inquiries
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program CMA, RMA, or CCMA
- Certificaton Stronly preferred
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
- Proficient in using electronic health records systems. ECW Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- CPR certification (preferred)
