Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to healthcare professionals and ensuring efficient operations within our medical facility. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
- Checking vital signs and some tests and document patient medical history, medication
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Prepare and assist with procedures and treatments as necessary
- Perform an inventory of supplies and equipment, replacing as needed
- Learn and perform InBody body composition assessments, including proper patient setup and operation of the device
- Work collaboratively with other employees to achieve specific team goals
- Complete additional administrative duties necessary to run office efficiently
Requirements
- Required: Medical Assistant (License or Certification)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine, patient-focused approach.
- High school degree or equivalent
Schedule (Full-time)
Monday 9-5:30
Tuesday 9-5:30
Wednesday 11-7:30pm
Friday 9-5:30
**Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month! 9-2pm**
