About the Job

Two Rivers Family Practice is a growing family practice serving individuals and families in the Satellite Beach community. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Medical Assistant who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and supporting an efficient, collaborative clinical team.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a consistent weekday schedule and no evenings or weekends.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients for appointments

• Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures

• Update patient information in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Assist providers during examinations and routine procedures

• Administer injections and collect specimens within permitted scope

• Perform routine clinical tests as directed

• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and patient follow-up

• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and office staff

• Prepare, clean, and restock examination rooms

• Monitor clinical supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered

• Follow infection-control, patient privacy, and safety procedures

• Help create a welcoming, respectful, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent recognized Medical Assistant certification

• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain after hire

• Strong clinical Medical Assisting skills, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Experience using electronic health record systems

• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential patient records

• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and time-management skills

• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Satellite Beach, Florida

• Family medicine or primary care experience preferred, but not required
