Role Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant fluent in English and Spanish to join our pediatric care team. This role supports provider and in delivering high-quality care, ensuring clear communication with families, and maintaining smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical histories
- Support providers during exams and procedures
- Administer vaccines and perform routine tests as directed
- Translate and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and electronic health records
- Provide warm, professional service to patients and families
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent training preferred
- Pediatric or family practice experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
