Job Title: Temporary Medical Assistant
Location: Greater Houston Area
Schedule: Monday-Thurs 7:30-4:00/4:30 and on Friday 7:30-12:00
Job Responsibilities:
Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and dermatology procedures.
Prepare patients for exams and procedures and provide appropriate patient support.
Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and other clinical information.
Assist with specimen collection, wound care, and other clinical duties as directed.
Prepare and maintain examination rooms and ensure necessary supplies are available.
Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record.
Provide professional and compassionate patient care.
Follow clinic policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Dermatology experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with dermatology procedures and terminology is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused.
