Medical Assistant (MA) - Pain Management | Full-Time
Busy, growing pain management medical practice seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
* Triage patients and obtain vital signs
* Document medical history and update patient charts
* Assist physician during patient visits, including medical scribing
* Process prior authorizations
* Handle patient phone calls and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (required)
* Strong computer skills and ability to work quickly within EMR/EHR systems
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
* Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
* Pain management experience is a plus
Requirements:
* English proficiency
* Medical background
* Experience with EMR/EHR systems
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay:
Negotiable based on experience
