Serving as a scientific and imaging expert, the full-time Medical & Scientific Affairs Advisor will support independent image review, regulatory readiness, and innovation in clinical research while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide scientific input on clinical trial design, image review methodology, and image data quality control Manage processes for independent image review, ensuring consistency, quality, and regulatory readiness Contribute to scientific publications and implement training standards for new radiologists Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in clinical trials and/or the pharmaceutical environment Demonstrated expertise in multi-modality imaging projects; medical imaging software experience preferred Strong understanding of imaging criteria, clinical trial operations, and regulatory expectations Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
