Medicaid Policy And OCM Project Manager12+ months contract (possible multi year extension) every quarter 2 weeks on at Guam.Job Description:Lead/collaborate policy work for Guam DPHSS client.Experience leading a team of SMEs on Medicaid policy work.Policy related client deliverable management.Manage and direct the policy staff based on a project work plan.Familiarity with regulatory policies (such as waivers).Familiarity with policy life cycle until implementation.Collaborate with MES/I&E PMs/leads on policy topics.Conversant with MS Project, JIRA and other PMO tools.Own and manage RAID log for policy work.Practitioner knowledge of change management.Report to Dy Portfolio LeaderQualification: B.S degree with 5+ years of experience working on waivers, SPAs, and other CMS rules.Certification: ProSci, CCPLocation/travel: Pacific time zone preferred US/Hawaii and/or overlap with ChST zone travel as needed (25-50%) We will reimburse for travel time to Guam.
