Providing financial leadership for the Oklahoma Complete Health plan, the full-time remote Medicaid Finance Director will manage month-end and year-end close processes, oversee financial reporting, and support strategic planning initiatives. Key responsibilities: Monitor business processes and systems to ensure data integrity Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports Review and present strategic plans, operating budgets, and forecasts to management Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience Previous management experience, including hiring and training responsibilities Experience in healthcare finance and cost trend analysis Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power BI
