Key responsibilities Screen and interview patients for insurance eligibility in an outbound dialer environment Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation of patient interactions Meet goals and quality standards through efficient and accurate work activities Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a dialer call center environment preferred 1-3 years of previous healthcare eligibility experience preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and knowledge of HIPAA regulations High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM
