To support patient assistance efforts, the part-time Outpatient Medicaid Eligibility Representative will screen and interview patients for insurance eligibility in a hybrid remote setting after completing four weeks of onsite training in Cleveland, OH. Key responsibilities Screen and interview patients for insurance eligibility in an outbound dialer environment Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation of patient interactions Meet goals and quality standards through efficient and accurate work activities Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a dialer call center environment preferred but not required 1-3 years of previous healthcare eligibility experience preferred but not required High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Proficient in Microsoft Office with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM Ability to maintain confidentiality and knowledge of HIPAA regulations
