We're seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Media Mill Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves handling raw materials, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring product quality through standardized processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Responsibilities:Complete respirator fit test and safety training. Participate in employee orientation and follow safety policies.

Maintain housekeeping standards using 5S practices. Execute corrective actions as needed. Operate Premier Mill and Neos 20 Mill. Handle raw materials and manage weigh-up processes for water-based flexo and coating systems. Use scales accurately for material measurement. Operate post mixers, air mixers, and KH vessels. Package products according to specifications.

Manage fillovers and batch ticket controls. Maintain accurate documentation and follow document control procedures. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Adhere to attendance guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferredAbility to follow written procedures and standard workStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physically active roleForklift certification or willingness to obtainBasic computer and math skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and teamworkDocument nonconformances and implement corrective actionsStop processes within scope when safety or quality is compromisedExercise authority as defined in written procedures upon completion of qualification trainingStrong eye-hand coordinationAbility to perform repetitive tasks with consistencyTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently for extended periodsBenefits:Competitive pay and overtime opportunities.
