We're seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Media Mill Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves handling raw materials, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring product quality through standardized processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Responsibilities:Complete respirator fit test and safety training. Participate in employee orientation and follow safety policies.
Maintain housekeeping standards using 5S practices. Execute corrective actions as needed. Operate Premier Mill and Neos 20 Mill. Handle raw materials and manage weigh-up processes for water-based flexo and coating systems. Use scales accurately for material measurement. Operate post mixers, air mixers, and KH vessels. Package products according to specifications.
Manage fillovers and batch ticket controls. Maintain accurate documentation and follow document control procedures. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
