This role offers the opportunity to handle high-profile matters involving defamation defense, pre-publication review, public records, trademark prosecution and enforcement, TTAB proceedings, UDRP disputes, and complex commercial litigation.

Duties

• Handle defamation defense and pre-publication review.
• Engage in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
• Participate in TTAB proceedings and UDRP disputes.
• Manage complex commercial litigation cases.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Strong litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar membership required.
• Media or trademark law experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
