Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse (12-Hour Shifts)

MLK Community Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Staff Nurse (RN) for 12-hour shifts on the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. You will organize, plan, and direct patient care while delivering family-centered services based on the Watson Model of Care.

Responsibilities include nursing process usage, SBAR hand-offs, and active participation in discharge planning with Care Managers. A strong emphasis on safety, quality, and regulatory standards is evident throughout.
