Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions and care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
