Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient condition, report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in setting.
- Hold current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Flu vaccine required with no exceptions.
