Med-Surg RN: Patient Care, Education & Teamwork

University Hospital, Newark is seeking a Staff Nurse responsible for the care activities and safety of assigned patients. The ideal candidate has a valid New Jersey RN license, BLS Certification, and at least two years of Adult Medical/Surgical experience. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and planning patient care, as well as educating patients and coordinating discharge planning. Candidates with a BSN may be considered. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
