Med- Surg Department Manager

There is currently an urgent need for a Med-Surg Department Manager to join an extremely stable health care organization on a full-time basis. Job Description

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care services and clinical supervisory services.
• Coordinating activities and providing clinical leadership and expertise for a 19 bed Surgical Unit.
• Accountable for standards of care and practice.
• All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration.

Qualifications

• DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a BSN and have at least 5 years of healthcare management experience.
• A current RN License in the state of NH is a MUST .
• Must have strong critical care skills .
• Current BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications are required .
• Strong experience using an EMR and Kronos timekeeping .
