Med Surg Cardiac Nurse – Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.


• Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development.


• Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients.


• Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs, considering cultural and individual preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred.


• Preferred experience includes Med Surg and/or Telemetry, with at least 2 years of experience for higher-level roles.


• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.


• Ability to work safely in a high-alert environment is essential.
