Med Spa Group Lead Aesthetic Injector

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector with a minimum of 3 years in the field, who is seeking a mentor role. The candidate must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and be well versed in aesthetics, especially facial anatomy, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. The role requires a team‑oriented mindset and a commitment to growing the team in size and expertise. The selected candidate will join and lead our team to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the aesthetics team, promoting best practices and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with clinicians to assess guest needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support team growth by expanding capabilities and expertise.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetics.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
• Team player with leadership potential and a desire to grow the team.
