Overview
This role supports hands-on testing and validation of large off-highway machinery. The engineer will plan, execute, and document machine-level tests while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic field and shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct machine-level testing and validation activities.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and system-level issues.
* Collaborate daily with engineering, operations, and logistics teams.
* Work primarily in field/shop settings with required safety gear.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (internships accepted).
* Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
* Hands-on troubleshooting skills; experience with data acquisition is a plus.
* Local candidates preferred; overqualification (Master's degree or 5+ years experience) may not be a fit.
* 80% field/shop, 20% office.
* PPE required (boots, safety glasses, uniform).
* Team includes leaders, senior engineers, and junior engineers.
