We support customers across all platforms and services in the military, aerospace, shipboard, railway, weapons manufacturing, automotive, and consumer industries worldwide.The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, must take a hands-on approach to their work, be flexible in their duties, and be a proven self-starter.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Budget and Risk ManagementMechanical or Fluid systems ExpertiseMulti-task and manage numerous projects at the same timeStrong critical thinking skills to efficiently plan and direct large-scale projects, as well as mitigate risksTroubleshooting problems creatively and thinking outside the boxExcellent verbal communication skills required for customer correspondence and working with peersBuild and maintain long lasting relationships with customersPromote continuous improvement and be process drivenThe ideal candidate will need to be successful in this position:Required Qualifications:4 yr. bachelor's degree in either Mechanical, Fluids, Process, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering REQUIRED5+ years- experience in an engineering position in a similar field REQUIREDAbility to obtain Secret clearanceUS Citizenship is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Project management experience on large-scale programs preferredExperience in Mechanical/Fluid/Systems testing a plusEngineering design (Inventor, AutoCAD, etc.) experience a plusMS Project experience a plusAbility to work overtime to meet deadlines, including nights and weekends, as necessaryMotivated to learn new challengesStrong attention to detailClear verbal and written communication skillsAs a Dayton T.
