Mechanical Technician (Bilingual Korean required)nnTimpl had partnered up with a global EV battery manufacturing company and isnlooking for a Mechanical Technician. nnSummarynThis position will serve as a subject matter expert and perform maintenancentasks on a variety of equipment and systems throughout the facilities.nnnResponsibilities:n• Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains and overhaul equipment such asncentrifugal fans, burners, cooling/heating coils, pumps, centrifugal airncompressors, centrifugal chillers, heat exchangers, other environmental changingndevices and other mechanical equipment. n• The equipment is maintained to meet the operational conditions of eachnfacility.n• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.n• Diagnosing mechanical faults for facility systems.n• Order parts and material for repairs and maintain stock.n• Plan and implement mechanical equipment maintenance.n• Preventive maintenance execution to complete all PM tasks.n• Demonstrate problem solving methodology and reduce a loss of utility cost.n• Initiate continuous improvement activitiesn• Follow the work procedure and comply with safety & standard.n• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:n - Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustainn - Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Containern• Perform other duties as assigned.nnnQualifications:n• High School Diploma or GED require.n• Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent,nrelevant experience.nnnExperience:n• 3 to 7+ years of previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experiencenwith advanced education or training.n• Exposure in mechanical equipment setting, preferably in battery productionnfacility and Manufacturing experience.n• Experienced with the handling of HVAC, Chiller, Air compressor, Steam/HotnOil Boiler, SRP, Dust Collector, A/C Tower etc.nnnSkills:n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.n• Proficient Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCADncapabilities.n• Korean language proficiency a plus. n
