What You'll Do

    n
  • Jump into action to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
    • n
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep downtime low and performance high
    • n
  • Work on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more
    • n
  • Install and set up new equipment
    • n
  • Read blueprints and schematics like a pro
    • n
  • Partner with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency
    • n
  • Help drive continuous improvement (we love smart ideas here)
    • n

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
    • n
  • g troubleshooting skills - you don't just replace parts, you solve problems

  • Comfortable with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsStron

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Safety-focused and dependable
