We're seeking a driven and experienced Lead HVAC Superintendent to join a well-established mechanical contractor and take a leading role in the delivery of major mission critical and data center projects across the region.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing HVAC field operations on complex, high-value projects, working alongside some of the industry's most respected general contractors and construction teams. What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage HVAC field operations from mobilization through project completion
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and turnover of complex HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and manpower requirements
  • Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, engineers, and other trades to maintain project schedules
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field challenges
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Maintain strong communication across the project team and provide regular updates on progress and potential risks
  • Mentor and develop field personnel, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
  • Help drive project productivity while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical construction, with experience leading major projects
  • Previous experience as a Lead Superintendent, HVAC Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or similar field leadership role
  • Experience working on mission critical, data center, healthcare, industrial, or other complex commercial projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and project sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability project environment

Base Salary Range: $100K – $180K (Sliding Scale)
