Our client is seeking a hands‑on Mechanical Superintendent to oversee the installation of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems on complex commercial construction projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, high-quality execution while maintaining schedule and productivity goals.

- Supervise daily field operations for mechanical construction activities.
- Coordinate installation of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems.
- Lead field crews, subcontractors and trade partners.
- Plan daily work activities and manpower requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality and safety performance.
- Coordinate inspections, startup and commissioning activities.
- Resolve field issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with Project Management and engineering teams.
- Maintain look-ahead schedules and support project planning.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Superintendent or Foreman experience with a mechanical contractor.
- Strong HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge.
- Experience on commercial, healthcare, industrial, advanced manufacturing or mission critical projects.
- Ability to lead large field teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Experience with commissioning and turnover processes is highly desirable.
