You connect directly with working foremen and craft at the gang box level, remove obstacles in real time, and push production and efficiency hour by hour.Responsibilities:Lead the Data Center owner-side field performance team, ensuring continuous presence across assigned areas during each shiftProvide hourly production reporting, tracking work completed, identifying blockers, and outlining next stepsDeliver daily reports to the Owner's delivery lead regarding completions, manpower, and operational constraintsWork closely with foremen and crews to clear obstacles, sequence work efficiently, and maintain paceIdentify and flag material, equipment, access, and coordination issues before they impact scheduleVerify progress claims in the field, ensuring accuracy beyond reportsRequirements:10+ years of field supervision experience in large-scale mechanical constructionExperience with Data Center cooling system installation and commissioningProven record of driving production on schedule-critical projectsAbility to operate independently and report directly to the ownerOSHA 30-Hour (Construction) requiredCertified Welding Inspector (CWI) or Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS) preferredSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
