Project Execution & Field Management
- Lead and supervise all civil and mechanical construction activities, including site grading, roads, trenching, foundations, racking, and module installation.
- Ensure work is performed in alignment with engineering drawings, project specifications, and QA/QC requirements.
- Coordinate daily work plans, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
- Monitor progress and help drive productivity to maintain schedule milestones.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site-specific safety plans and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Verify proper use of PPE, safe work methods, and hazard mitigation practices.
Quality Assurance
- Inspect civil and mechanical work for compliance with project standards and design.
- Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and document quality records.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure inspections and tests are performed timely.
