Mechanical Superintendent – $10–$30M | Local/Travel

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to manage commercial mechanical installations for projects valued between $10M and $30M in the Seattle area. The role focuses on executing MEP systems within commercial developments, healthcare facilities, or high-tech manufacturing plants.

You will oversee day-to-day field activities, supervise onsite labor, coordinate with Project Managers to track budget and schedule, and resolve field issues related to MEP coordination.
